With over twenty-six years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, youth, adults, families, and couples. My clinical focus includes trauma recovery, women’s wellness, and resilient aging, creating a compassionate space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward growth and emotional well-being. Together, we will work toward strengthening resilience, fostering healing, and helping you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
